Institutional Grants and Scholarships

American InterContinental University offers students the opportunity to take advantage of a number of institutional grants and scholarships. Please refer to the Financial Aid section of the AIU Online Course Catalog for a listing of our institutional grant and scholarship programs as well as eligibility requirements.

University grants or scholarships are based on established criteria as published in the University's catalog and are awarded after verification that the conditions of eligibility have been met.

American InterContinental University Online Education Partner Grant

American InterContinental University Online has established a 5% grant in the name of its Education Partners in order to assist eligible students and their immediate family members* with the opportunity to attend a degree program of study at AIU Online. In order to be eligible for the Education Partner Grant, a candidate must be accepted for enrollment and allow verification (or relationship to the immediate family member) of employment with the participating organization.

* Immediate family members: Spouse (life partner) or dependent children only. Siblings, cousins, etc. are not considered an immediate family member.
