What are your students like?
Like many universities, AIU Online attracts a wide cross section of students, geographically, demographically and in their career pursuits. They are career-driven adults with working experience and varying levels of postsecondary education. A common thread is that they all aspire to professional careers with solid opportunities for advancement. They are committed to higher education but due to time demands from home, family and job they cannot put their lives on "hold" to attend a traditional brick & mortar institution. They need the flexibility an online education can provide so they can take their classes anytime, anyplace.

How can you be sure students can keep up with the coursework?
The student is not alone. The student is at the center. He or she has a team of support professionals ready to provide assistance. That team includes an academic advisor, instructors, a 24/7 tech support team, a library open 24/7, and of course classmates. Our Student Success tools are designed to provide additional support to students at the first indication that they are having issues in their course work.
